The price depends on the size of the property, in other words the time spent on site. Each kit delivers a listing ready to publish, on changeover day if needed.

The first 25 km of the round trip are free, then €0.60 excl. VAT per km. Travel is charged only once per day and per resort, however many properties.
Partner or prepaid book: travel is free anywhere in Haute-Savoie. Outside the département (Geneva, Savoie), it is half price.

Can you work between two bookings?
Yes. We schedule shoots with you around free slots in the calendar, cleaning and lighting conditions. Shoots are delivered within 48 hours so listings can go back online quickly.
Who can use the photos, and where?
Usage rights are set out in the quote: platform listings, the property manager's website, social media, presentation documents. We also agree in advance what happens if a property changes manager.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes. With a 12-month partner agreement, you get 10% off from 5 properties a year and 15% off from 15 properties. Each shoot is invoiced and payable on delivery, with no upfront payment. If the planned volume is not reached after 12 months, the discount is adjusted. The agreement also includes free travel anywhere in Haute-Savoie. You can also pay in advance for a book of 3 shoots, with the same free travel and 10% off, or 5 shoots, with 15% off. Books are valid for 12 months.
Do you write the listings for our properties?
Yes. We write the title, description and amenities presentation for each property, in French and English, in a tone consistent with your brand. For distribution and updates via your channel manager, we act in an advisory role.
Do you charge for travel?
We start from La Roche-sur-Foron. The first 25 km of the round trip are free, then travel is charged at €0.60 excl. VAT per km. With a partner agreement or a prepaid book of 3 or 5 shoots, it is free anywhere in Haute-Savoie and half price outside it (Geneva, Savoie). Travel is charged only once per day and per resort, however many properties we photograph.
